Human resource is a term used to describe a company's employees and management of these employees. A human resources authority department usually handles the day to day management of employees, such as payroll checks, contracts, settlement of internal disputes and hiring and firing of employees and other administrative tasks.
Human resources authority departments are there to ensure that the employer makes the most of its employees by keeping them happy and give them what they need and reduce the risk of financial loss by disgruntled employees.

So why the need for human resources consultants?
HR advisers are often used by organizations or businesses to help improve internal processes and organize training seminars. This is usually done by analyzing the entire organization from top to bottom by asking all employees. This allows the consultant to know what the boss thinks is wrong with the company and then compare employee opinions.
Frequently the problem seems different in front of the senior person from the employees receive as the problem. Employee surveys are held due to the reason that employees are able to express their feelings about work on a daily basis. They are useful because they help in producing the recommendations to improve employee motivation, performance and reward strategies.
