Eligibility For Meal Delivery
All clients are visited by the office Social Workers and
Registered Dietitian periodically to note any changes in the
client's health and to verify their eligibility status for
continued meal deliveries.
- Homebound due to illness or disability
- Recent hospital release
- Unable to provide and/or prepare nutritious meals
- Isolation
- Bedridden
- Handicapped
- Age 60 and above
Referrals can be made by hospitals, physicians and/or
concerned citizens
